The role combines complex patent and related IP litigation with bet-the-company healthcare and life-sciences regulatory matters.
The successful candidate will build client relationships, supervise litigation teams and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues to deliver integrated solutions for biotech, medical device and health-technology clients.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record of leading high-stakes IP litigation matters, particularly in life sciences/healthcare
- Proven client-development and team leadership experience at partner level
- Bar admission in California or eligibility to transfer
