Lateral Partner — IP Litigation & Healthcare, Tampa

Seeking a partner to lead and grow an IP litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences in the Tampa office. The role will involve managing complex patent and related IP disputes, counseling healthcare clients on risk and strategy, and coordinating cross-practice responses to technical matters.

The position requires a senior litigator who will supervise associates, develop client relationships, and drive business development within regulated healthcare and life-sciences sectors. The role offers opportunity to shape team strategy and participate in high-stakes contested matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and litigation experience in IP matters, preferably with healthcare/life-sciences clients
• Proven client development track record and ability to originate and grow business
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Active bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
