The role involves managing complex patent and trade-secret disputes across federal courts and at the PTAB, and working closely with in-house teams and multidisciplinary firm groups.
The partner will take responsibility for trial and appellate advocacy, supervise associates, and develop client relationships and new business in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. This is a visible senior role with firm-wide collaboration across practice areas.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record of handling IP litigation matters, including patent and trade-secret cases
- Significant trial and appellate experience and experience managing teams of associates
- Proven client-development skills within healthcare or life-sciences sectors
- Active bar admission and ability to practice in New York
