Lateral Partner, Land Use & Zoning — New York

Leading New York practice seeks a partner to join a busy land use and zoning team handling complex entitlement work, development-rights (air rights) strategies, and municipal approvals for major development projects. The role focuses on advising developers and property owners on NYC zoning, permitting and related regulatory matters.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong institutional client base and the ability to originate and manage high-value matters. This opportunity is for a partner-level hire interested in a strategic fit with an established, growth-oriented practice; candidates currently content in their role but open to discussions are welcome.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in NYC land use, zoning and entitlements
• Proven relationships with developers, owners or institutional clients
