- Proven experience handling NYC zoning, entitlements and development-rights matters (air rights)
- Track record advising developers and property owners on complex land-use projects
- Strong institutional and developer relationships; ability to originate and lead client engagements
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Admitted to practice in New York
