Lateral Partner — Leveraged & Structured Finance — Washington, D.C.

Major law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its leveraged and structured finance practice from the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on originating and executing high-value financings for corporate and sponsor clients, coordinating complex credit structures and cross-border aspects as needed.

The partner will manage deal teams, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with other practice groups to expand transactional coverage. Strong client-facing ability and an established book of business are essential to drive practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven originator with strong client-development skills and relationships with lenders and sponsors
• Experience managing deal teams and mentoring associates
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
