Lateral Partner, Life Sciences & Technology — Houston

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to develop and lead its Life Sciences & Technology practice from the Houston office. The role focuses on advising life sciences and technology clients on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters, developing new client relationships, and growing a market-facing practice.

The partner will work closely with existing cross-practice teams on complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development and client retention across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2 million+ (USD)
• Extensive experience advising life sciences or technology companies on commercial, regulatory or transactional matters
• Proven business development track record and ability to lead client pitches and originate work
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong references
