Partner, Intellectual Property — Houston

Senior partner-level opportunity for an IP lawyer to lead and grow a life-sciences focused practice in Houston. The role combines patent-focused work with transactional counseling for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and related technology sectors.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on matters across prosecution, strategic portfolio management and deal support, collaborating with a national IP team and cross-practice groups. This is a client-facing position with significant business development and practice-management responsibilities.

• Established partner track record in intellectual property with significant life-sciences experience
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership capability
• Active law license and strong technical understanding of patent prosecution and IP counseling
