The role blends licensing, collaboration and other strategic transactions with patent and IP portfolio strategy — an ideal platform for a lawyer who operates comfortably at the intersection of commercial dealmaking and patent law. You will advise on complex arrangements typical of the life sciences industry, including technology transfer and IP-driven commercial agreements.

The partner will be based in Houston and will work closely with colleagues across the firm's national and international platform to serve clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology space.
