Lateral Partner — Litigation, Antitrust & IP (Chicago)

Senior litigation partner role in a national law firm’s Chicago office, focused on high-stakes patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology) and antitrust litigation with significant private equity-related matters. The position will lead cross-practice teams and work closely with trial and IP specialists on complex, bet-the-company disputes.

The role requires an experienced rainmaker who can originate and manage client relationships, develop business in core industry sectors, and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles matters that span litigation, intellectual property enforcement and competition law across U.S. jurisdictions.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in patent and antitrust matters
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management
• Experience leading trial teams and coordinating cross-practice matters
• Admission to the Illinois bar or ability to become admitted
