The ideal candidate will have a strong track record advising clients in key industries, including private equity, life sciences, and technology. The patent litigation component emphasizes the life sciences and technology sectors, while the antitrust practice frequently intersects with private equity clients and their portfolio companies.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an established practice and a demonstrated ability to generate and sustain a portable book of business. The platform supports collaborative, multi-office teams and offers a competitive, open compensation structure.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
Significant experience in antitrust and competition litigation and/or patent litigation
Demonstrated client following and ability to sustain a portable practice
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
