Lateral Partner — Litigation & Compliance, San Francisco

Partner opportunity to lead and expand a busy litigation and compliance/regulatory practice from the San Francisco office of a national litigation-focused firm. The role will involve managing high-stakes white-collar and regulatory matters, leading courtroom and investigative work, and supervising associates.

Ideal candidates will have an established white-collar or related regulatory practice, strong trial and investigative experience, and a track record of originating and managing client engagements. The position offers leadership responsibility and significant client-facing, business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive white-collar / regulatory litigation experience, including trial and investigative matters
• Proven record of originating and managing client engagements and supervising teams
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in federal courts
