Top-tier international firm seeking a senior partner to strengthen an integrated litigation and corporate practice in the Boston office. The role targets established leaders able to expand transactional capacity and lead significant commercial litigation matters across multiple industry sectors.

Search prioritizes moves by teams rather than individuals; successful candidates will be expected to drive new business, collaborate across offices and markets, and contribute to growth in targeted sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
• Track record of originating and closing major matters and managing client relationships
• Experience working across at least one of the target sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
• Preference for candidates moving as part of a team rather than solo laterals
• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
