Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Boston

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice offering focused on disputes and transactional work for technology and fintech clients. The role will combine courtroom and transactional experience, advising on cyber-security, corporate governance and M&A matters.

The successful candidate will have an existing client base and will work with an established national platform while building regional strength on the West Coast. This position involves active business development, collaboration with senior teams across practices, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate transactions, ideally with fintech or cyber-security clients
• Track record of originating and winning business and leading client relationships
• Strong litigation advocacy and/or M&A deal execution skills; experience supervising teams
