Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in litigation and corporate transactions, ideally with fintech or cyber-security clients
Track record of originating and winning business and leading client relationships
Strong litigation advocacy and/or M&A deal execution skills; experience supervising teams
