Senior partner-level opportunity with a major national practice seeking an experienced litigator with a strong corporate and technology focus. The role will lead and develop matters across fintech, cyber security and corporate M&A, working with in-house teams and external clients on high‑value, cross-border work.

The team values proven rainmaking ability, a track record of complex commercial litigation and transactional experience, and the capacity to lead client relationships and originate new work. This position will collaborate closely with colleagues across practices and U.S. offices, with some matters having a West Coast emphasis.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactions
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills, particularly in fintech/cybersecurity or related technology sectors
Ability to lead teams on cross‑disciplinary, multi‑jurisdictional matters and mentor junior lawyers
