Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate (Denver)

Leading international firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow its Denver litigation and corporate capabilities. The role will focus on handling significant commercial litigation and leading major corporate transactions across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive industry clients.

Candidate will be expected to build or lead a team and expand transactional and litigation work in key U.S. and international markets. The appointment suits partners who prefer a team-oriented hiring approach and who can bring a demonstrable pipeline of matters and client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and M&A or corporate transactions
• Track record of leading or growing teams and developing cross-border matters
• Established client relationships focused on institutional or corporate clients in the stated sectors
