Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — Minneapolis

Seeking an experienced partner to strengthen a combined commercial litigation and corporate transactions team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on high-value commercial disputes and complex M&A and corporate work across several industry sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The team-oriented group prefers to hire teams or partners who can materially increase transactional capacity and litigation capability. Ideal candidates will be able to bring established client relationships and work across domestic and international markets.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in high-value commercial litigation and significant M&A/transactional matters
• Experience serving clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive sectors
• Comfort working as part of a team-focused practice and collaborating across offices and jurisdictions
