Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — New York

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York Litigation and Corporate practices. The role will combine high‑value commercial litigation work with corporate advisory and governance matters for a diverse, multinational client base.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to develop and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development across both litigation and corporate governance streams.

• Proven partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance
• Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible for admission)
• Demonstrated track record of originating and leading matters and supervising teams
• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
