Lateral Partner, Litigation & Corporate — San Francisco

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a litigation and corporate practice from the firm’s San Francisco office. The role combines high‑level commercial litigation work with corporate governance and transactional support for established clients, including cross‑border matters.

You will manage client relationships, originate and supervise significant engagements, mentor fee‑earners, and collaborate with offices across jurisdictions to deliver integrated solutions. The position emphasizes business development and team leadership at partner level.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance
• Track record of originating and managing significant client matters and revenue
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and experience with cross‑border or multi‑jurisdictional matters
