Lateral Partner — Litigation, Corporate & Technology, Newark

Senior transactional and dispute-resolution partner sought to lead and grow an established cross-practice team in Newark. The role combines corporate M&A and governance work with litigation and technology-related matters, with particular emphasis on fintech and cyber-security matters.

Ideal candidate will be a rainmaker who can originate and manage client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with teams across offices and practice areas. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and opportunity to shape a multi-disciplinary practice with a West Coast client focus.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, governance) and technology-related litigation or regulatory matters
• Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
• Knowledge of fintech and cyber-security legal issues and related regulatory landscape
