Senior partner opportunity with a major international law firm seeking an experienced finance and corporate lawyer to lead and grow practice in Newark. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital matters across debt and equity transactions.

The partner will advise institutional and sponsor clients on complex financing and corporate deals, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development in the region. This is a rainmaking role with significant client-facing responsibility and firm leadership expectations.

Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate, private equity and venture capital transactions
Track record of originating and closing material transactions and managing client relationships
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to supervise deal teams
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
