Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology), Palo Alto

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a West Coast-focused practice handling complex litigation and corporate matters at the intersection of technology and financial services. The role will combine high-stakes disputes, cyber/security-related issues, and corporate M&A work for technology and fintech clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating opportunities and managing cross-functional teams across litigation and transactional matters. This is a senior leadership role with significant business-development expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in complex commercial litigation and corporate transactions, with a strong technology/fintech focus
• Proven track record advising on cyber-security, data-privacy, or fintech-regulatory issues
• Documented business-development ability and experience leading deal teams and litigation groups
