Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Technology) — Seattle

Senior litigation partner sought to lead and grow a technology-focused disputes and corporate advisory practice in Seattle. The role combines courtroom and transactional experience, with a focus on fintech, cyber-security, and M&A-related matters for West Coast clients.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team and will be expected to develop client relationships, originate work, and mentor lawyers across litigation and corporate streams. This is a partner-level opportunity with significant autonomy to shape practice strategy and business development.

• Proven partner-level litigation and corporate experience with technology-sector clients, including fintech and cyber-security matters
• Track record of originating and leading M&A and corporate governance work alongside complex disputes
• Ability to build and mentor a team and to work closely with West Coast clients and offices
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
