Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment — Miami

Established litigation partner sought to join a busy Miami team handling commercial litigation, employment and labor disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation. The role focuses on leading client matters, trying cases where needed and developing new business across these practice areas.

The successful candidate will join a national platform with cross-office resources and will be expected to build and manage a substantive practice while mentoring junior attorneys. This is a hands-on, rainmaking role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in commercial and employment litigation, including professional liability or healthcare-related matters
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Experience supervising teams and managing complex litigation matters
• Admission to practice in Florida or ability to obtain
