Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment — Milwaukee

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Milwaukee litigation group, focusing on employment and labor disputes alongside professional liability, healthcare and construction matters. The role combines active casework with team leadership and client relationship management.

The successful candidate will handle complex commercial and employment litigation at trial and pre-trial stages, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and help grow a regional practice. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national resources while based in Milwaukee.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation and labor & employment matters
• Proven client development and relationship management ability
