Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities — Reno

Senior litigation partner opportunity in Reno for an experienced trial lawyer to lead and grow litigation and securities work. The role will focus on complex commercial disputes, securities-related litigation, and white-collar matters, with responsibility for courtroom advocacy and high-level client advising.

The team represents private clients across a range of industries; the partner will be expected to develop business, supervise associates, and collaborate with national colleagues on cross-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in litigation and securities disputes, including white-collar matters
• Demonstrable trial and appellate experience and strong courtroom advocacy
• Proven business development and client-management skills; ability to mentor and lead teams
• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and eligibility to practice in Nevada
