Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment — Salt Lake City

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Salt Lake City litigation team with a strong employment and healthcare practice. The role will focus on commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction matters.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead litigation teams, and contribute to business development and practice growth in the region. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national support while maintaining autonomy over a local practice.

• Significant experience as a trial and litigation partner handling commercial, employment, healthcare and construction matters
• Demonstrated track record of client development and ability to lead teams
• Bar admission in Utah or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in professional liability and healthcare disputes
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
