Lateral Partner, Litigation & Estate Planning — San Francisco

Experienced partner sought to lead and expand a trials-focused trusts & estates litigation practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role combines high-stakes courtroom work, contested probate and trust disputes, and strategic advisory work for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

You'll supervise and mentor associates, manage complex caseloads through trial, and collaborate with other practice groups on related matters such as fiduciary disputes and estate litigation strategy. The position has a clear business development expectation and visibility within the regional market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling contested probate, trust and fiduciary litigation, including trials and dispositive motions
• Proven track record of client development and team leadership
• Active California bar admission
