- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Admitted to practice in Florida or able to obtain admission promptly
- Demonstrated track record of handling FCA defense, managed-care or healthcare litigation
- Experience with technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) and complex commercial litigation
- Proven client-development and team leadership skills
