Lateral Partner — Litigation & Healthcare — Sacramento

Partner opportunity to lead and expand a litigation practice focused on healthcare-related disputes and regulatory defense. The role emphasizes False Claims Act (FCA) defense, managed care litigation, and complex business litigation arising from technology-driven issues.

Ideal candidate will take a leadership role in the Sacramento office, working with cross-practice teams on matters involving artificial intelligence, cyber security and cryptocurrency-related disputes. The position combines client development, case strategy, and trial or appellate advocacy.

• Established partner with substantial experience in healthcare litigation, including FCA defense and managed care matters
• Track record handling complex business litigation involving AI, cyber security, or cryptocurrency issues
• Proven trial and appellate advocacy skills and experience leading matter teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
