Partner — Corporate, Technology & Capital Markets, Sacramento

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate practice in Sacramento, with a strong emphasis on strategic M&A, issuer-side capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across emerging growth, life sciences, financial services and energy sector clients and coordinate with IP and litigation colleagues where matters overlap.

The successful candidate will be expected to build business and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex corporate and securities matters, while helping expand a regional platform in Northern California.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established corporate partner with significant M&A and capital markets experience
• Proven record of originating and leading complex technology and growth-company transactions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IP and litigation teams and to develop client relationships across the West Coast
• Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to market at partner level
