Senior litigation partner opportunity to join a well-established national litigation group in the firm's San Diego office. The role focuses on healthcare litigation (including False Claims Act and managed care matters) and broader business litigation involving AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The practice offers a mix of trial and complex commercial work, opportunities to lead matters and to develop new client relationships across healthcare and technology-focused disputes. The team collaborates across offices on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Proven trial and complex commercial litigation experience, with a significant healthcare litigation background (FCA defense and managed care matters preferred)
Experience handling technology-related disputes including AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading matter teams
Bar admission in California (or ability to waive/transfer) and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
