Established national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to lead and grow a Tampa-based practice focused on healthcare and technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex healthcare regulatory and managed-care litigation, government investigations/defense, and business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency matters.

The partner will join an interdisciplinary team and be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, coordinate cross-practice solutions, and supervise associates on high‑stakes matters. This is a visible leadership opportunity with substantial business-development responsibility.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in healthcare litigation and regulatory defense, including qui tam/government investigations or managed care matters
Experience handling technology-related commercial disputes (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency) is highly desirable
Demonstrated business development, client management and team leadership skills
