Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Denver

Senior partner hire to join a national practice with a strong focus on litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. The Denver role will collaborate with multiple offices to grow IP litigation, mass-torts/product-liability and corporate governance workstreams.

Ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop business across the region, and work closely with cross-office teams on complex disputes and high-stakes IP matters. Compensation structure and equity participation are flexible and tied to individual contribution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in litigation and/or IP litigation; demonstrable leadership on significant matters
• Proven business development record and ability to originate or bring significant client relationships
• Strong team management and mentoring experience; collaborative across multiple offices
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain promptly
