Lateral Partner — Litigation & Labor/Employment — Atlanta

Established national firm seeks a partner to join its Atlanta litigation group with a primary focus on employment and labor matters and significant work across healthcare and construction disputes.

The role will involve leading commercial litigation matters, managing and growing client relationships, supervising associate teams, and driving business development for the regional practice.

• Proven partner-level litigation and labor/employment experience, including trial and contested hearings
• Track record of originating and managing commercial matters in employment, healthcare, professional liability or construction
• Strong client development and rainmaking skills; ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
• Bar admission in Georgia (or willingness/ability to obtain) and excellent communication skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
