Lateral Partner — Litigation — Sacramento

Established national litigation practice is seeking an experienced first-chair litigator to join its Sacramento office as a lateral partner. The role will focus on taking lead responsibility on complex commercial disputes and courtroom matters, contributing to an active trial docket.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling high-stakes matters across industry sectors, work closely with senior litigators, and help grow the practice regionally. This is a partner-level role with expectations for both trial leadership and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven first-chair trial experience in complex commercial litigation
• Strong business development record and client relationships
• Bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and ability to practice in Sacramento
