Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in San Francisco. The role will involve leading complex commercial and regulatory disputes across state and federal courts, and managing high‑stakes matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a well‑resourced practice and be expected to build and mentor a team while contributing to business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record handling complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters
• Strong business development skills and existing client relationships in the US market
• Bar admission in California or eligibility to waive/obtain admission
