Lateral Partner - Litigation & Securities - Atlanta

Opportunity for an experienced partner to lead and grow a litigation and securities practice from an established Atlanta office. The role involves handling complex commercial and securities-related disputes, managing trial and investigative work, and advising corporate clients on enforcement and regulatory matters.

The partner will lead case teams, work closely with senior lawyers across practices, and play an active role in originating and expanding client relationships. This is a visible role for someone with a proven track record of high-stakes litigation and securities work who wants to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner-level litigation and securities experience, including white-collar or investigations work
