Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities — Denver

Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver team. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation and securities-related disputes, including matters with potential white-collar elements.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead regional client relationships, work alongside experienced trial and investigations lawyers, and contribute to business development for the office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation experience with securities-related matters and/or white-collar investigations
• Demonstrated business development record and ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to become licensed in Colorado
