Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — Minneapolis

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role involves leading high‑stakes defense litigation, supervising junior lawyers, and expanding the practice regionally.

The successful candidate will handle complex securities litigation and regulatory investigations, work closely with cross‑office teams, and contribute to business development and client relationship management.

• Proven partner-level litigation experience in securities and white-collar matters
• Track record of trial and/or high‑stakes motion practice and supervising teams
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
