Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Securities and Finance practice in Minneapolis. The role combines securities work with finance and banking matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The partner will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for growing the regional practice.
