Lateral Partner, Litigation & Securities — San Diego

Leading US law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its San Diego litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role will involve handling complex commercial and regulatory litigation, supervising trial preparation, and leading high-stakes enforcement and securities-related disputes.

The successful candidate will join a busy office and work closely with a cross-practice team on client-facing matters. The role requires strong courtroom experience, the ability to manage and mentor associates, and an appetite for originating and growing client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
• Significant trial and motion practice experience; experience supervising teams
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
