Lateral Partner — Litigation & Securities, San Francisco

Senior litigation partner role to join a national litigation practice based in San Francisco. The role focuses on securities-related disputes and white-collar litigation, leading high-stakes matters and managing client relationships across complex regulatory and enforcement contexts.

The successful candidate will take a leading role on trial and investigatory work, mentor and supervise litigation teams, and help grow the securities/white-collar practice through business development and client engagement.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities litigation and white-collar matters
• Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong courtroom presence
• Demonstrated business development skills and client management
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
