Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology — Portland

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation and technology-focused practice in Portland. The role emphasizes work across fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and M&A matters, with responsibility for originating and managing complex commercial disputes and technology-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and help expand West Coast client relationships, collaborate with corporate and technology colleagues, and contribute to business development and firm leadership in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience handling litigation and technology-related matters, including fintech and cyber security issues
• Proven client origination and business development track record
• Ability to lead engagements and work collaboratively with corporate/M&A teams
• Licensed or able to obtain admission to practice in Oregon
