Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Litigation and Technology practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on defending and managing complex litigation, with significant work in class actions and privacy/data protection matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling high-profile disputes and advising clients on technology-related regulatory and compliance issues. This is an opportunity to grow a litigation-focused practice within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary group.

• Significant partner-level litigation experience, including class action defense and technology/privacy matters
• Proven ability to lead matters and manage teams
• Strong client development and business generation skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
