Senior litigation partner role in a well-established, national firm’s Raleigh office. The opportunity is for an experienced trial lawyer to lead complex securities and white-collar litigation matters and to grow a robust regional practice.

The team handles high-stakes regulatory, enforcement and commercial disputes across public and private companies. The role combines courtroom work, strategic case management and client development within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary group.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive trial and motion practice experience in securities and/or white-collar matters
• Record of originating and developing client relationships and leading a team
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
