Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology — San Francisco

Senior litigation partner role in a national firm’s San Francisco office, focused on technology-related disputes, complex class actions and privacy/data-protection matters. The team handles high-stakes litigation for clients across the technology sector and adjacent industries.

The hire will lead major matters, manage and develop a team of litigators, and work closely with practice leadership on business development and strategic client counseling. The role balances courtroom advocacy with high-level client relationship management.

• Significant experience leading technology-related litigation and class actions
• Track record of client development and rainmaking in the tech sector
• Admission to the California bar (or ability to transfer/admit)
