Lateral Partner - Litigation & Technology - San Francisco

Senior partner-level opportunity in a national litigation and technology practice, based in San Francisco. The role focuses on leading complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions and privacy/data‑protection disputes arising from technology clients.

The hire will help grow and lead client relationships, supervise teams on high‑stakes matters, and work across practice groups to support regulatory, compliance and incident‑response work tied to technology and data privacy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation practice, with significant experience in class actions and technology-related disputes
• Track record advising on privacy, data-protection or cybersecurity matters
• Proven client development and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission in the United States
