Lateral Partner, Litigation — Tokyo

Senior litigation partner role for an experienced trial and arbitration lawyer based in Tokyo. The team handles high-stakes commercial disputes and international arbitration matters for corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility, leading complex cases and managing a busy litigation/arbitration practice. The position offers the opportunity to build and lead matters within a market-leading disputes team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration
• Proven track record of leading trials/arbitrations and managing teams
• Qualified to practise in Japan and/or other major jurisdictions; strong cross-border experience
