Lateral Partner, Litigation – Wilmington

Established, national litigation practice is hiring a lateral partner to join its Wilmington litigation team. The role is for an experienced trial lawyer who will lead complex commercial and civil litigation matters and act as a first‑chair in court and at hearings.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative bench of litigators handling high‑stakes disputes for corporate and institutional clients, contribute to case strategy and supervision of associate teams, and help grow the practice regionally.

• Proven first‑chair trial and litigation experience at partner level
• Strong courtroom and motion practice skills in complex commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to supervise associates and manage litigation teams

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
