Lateral Partner — Patent Litigation & Finance, San Diego

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego office to strengthen patent litigation capabilities and support finance-related matters. The role is client-facing and will involve managing high-stakes litigation and coordinating across practice groups.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of winning and managing complex patent disputes, plus the ability to collaborate with finance and banking teams on cross-disciplinary matters. This is a business-development focused position with significant leadership responsibility.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation, including trial and appellate exposure
• Experience working with cross-practice teams on finance-related issues (leveraged/structured finance preferred)
• Strong client-development and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in California or ability to become admitted
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
