Opportunity for a partner-level private equity lawyer to join an established secondaries practice in New York. The role focuses on secondary transactions in fund interests and related investment-management work for either buyer or seller-side clients.

This is an opportunistic hire rather than an active recruitment drive; the team handles cross-border matters and works closely with colleagues across North America. The group seeks an experienced, business-generating partner to expand client coverage and lead complex secondaries transactions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on fund secondaries and related private equity transactions
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Strong transactional drafting and negotiation experience; cross-border experience preferred
